We are a locally owned and operated company. Our culture is rooted in excellence, our food begins with quality and our service consists of teamwork at every step. We began with these principles in 1996 with the opening of our first restaurant "Austin's Restaurant & Bar" in Reading, PA. We did not stop at first success. In 1998 we opened our second restaurant in Langhorne, PA and named it J.B. Dawson's Restaurant & Bar (same quality. . . different name). Since then we have opened two more J.B. Dawson's; one in Drexel Hill, PA and our newest in Lancaster, PA. We are excited to announce that we will be opening our next J.B. Dawson's Restaurant & Bar this October at the Christiana Mall in Christiana, DE. As we prepare for this opening our sights remain focused on being the very best. We understand that our future is dependent on how we perform today and that our growth will continue to come "one plate at a time".
